Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Reverse Grid ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our motorsport prediction game service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (email address, name, password)
• Profile information (name, country of residence)
• Prediction data (your race predictions and scores)
• League participation data (leagues you create or join)
• Communications (when you contact us for support)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your predictions and calculate scores
• Display leaderboards and league standings
• Send you notifications about race deadlines and results
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
• Monitor and analyse trends, usage, and activities

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent or at your direction
• To display public leaderboards (username, country and scores only; your real name appears only inside private leagues that turn names on)
• With league members (within leagues you join)
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. These are needed for the site to work and do not require consent.

With your consent, we also use two analytics services to understand how the site is used and to improve it:

• Google Analytics (Google) — counts visits and the pages people use
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can find and fix problems

Neither sets cookies until you choose ACCEPT on the cookie banner. If you choose REJECT, Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all and Google Analytics runs without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and stored data in your browser settings; the banner will ask again on your next visit.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
